QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related fields of university,
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP FI or CO modules on support side,
• Experience about having a role in a one full cycle SAP project is a plus,
• Able to communicate in English both written and verbal,
• Have knowledge about SAP’s general project management methodology,
• Experience about SAP licence and user management,
• No restriction to travel,
• Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side – İzmit area,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up change requests and manage implementation of change processes including documentation and training within related SAP processes in scope,
• Take role in analysis, design, and customization processes with consultant companies for the new developments and SAP related projects,
• Define and follow up authorisations and roles keep the process according to internal audit roles,
• Give end user support on SAP related helpdesk requests,
• Follow up contracts and SLA’s with consultant companies. Provide support during contract renewal time,
• Provide support on follow up activities for SAP licences, annual SAP licence audit and licence maintenance agreement renewal processes.
