We invite you to get 1-0 ahead with Logo if you are;

• BS or MS degree in Computer/Software/Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or related fields,
• Deep agile expertise; strong understanding of servant leadership, the Agile Manifesto's values and principles,
• Coach and mentor team on Agile process to improve understanding and efficiency,
• Experience with Benchmarking, KPIs/Metrics, Agile Assessments, Health Checks and Management Reporting,
• Problem solving and coaching skills,
• Experienced in Software Development processes and Atlassian tools, (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent interpersonal and program management skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary,
• Experience and skill working with a diverse range of stakeholders,
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing priorities are required,
• Objective, team player, proactive,
• Advance Level English is a plus,
• Dynamic and result-oriented with high awareness,
• Prone to agile working principles

What we expect from the Agile Coach;

• Mentor and coach team members on all aspects of Agile methods on agile practices adopted by the organization and performance in their respective roles,
• Guide and coach team members and leaders to embrace agile mindset, and cultural shift,
• Help the team identify and track key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and velocity,
• Coach and mentor team on Agile process to improve understanding and efficiency
