As EDUMOB Group, we are a well known Furniture company specialized in Education and Hotel Projects. We are looking for an “International Sales Manager” who has a desire to gain international experience and be a part of large scale projects. Factory has located in Bursa, however the position can be based in İstanbul Office as well.


Job Description,

  • Follow up international projects to find new and potential customers to create new business opportunities,
  • New business development, exploring new customers in a targetted and referral based way,
  • Interact with customers over a variety of different platforms: over the phone, face to face and via social media,
  • Develop and improve the marketing communication strategy to support sales growth,
  • Drive increase in quotations and order conversion to drive sales growth,
  • Competitor analysis and evaluation of the market,
  • Preparing price offers and follow-up customer orders,
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing and potential clients together with generating new business abroad,
  • Planning and implementing sales activities in line with the company sales strategies,
  • Co-ordinate with all relevant departments such as Production, R&D, Logistics, Planning and Finance within the company,
  • Prepare and implement achievable business plans, for a sustainable business model. And to manage the growth expectations appropriately for the existing areas and possible new markets,
  • Participate/Lead projects as a key team member, covering all areas of Customs & Export Operations,
  • Prepare and maintain the necessary monthly & weekly reports in his/her area of responsibility,
  • Preparing and submitting regular sales and forecast reports,
  • Participate in sectoral conference and fairs and prepare reports and action plan afterwards.

The Successful Applicant*, 

  • Bachelors' degree in a business related discipline,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international Furniture sales,
  • Technical sales knowledge is a plus,
  • Tenacious sales person who works to target and looks to exceed objective,
  • Passionate about delivering quality service to customers,
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, with superior internal and external communication skills,
  • Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and problem resolution skills,
  • High-energy, with desire to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented operating environment,
  • Business fluency in English, Arabic is a plus,
  • Experience in international business development,
  • Knowledge of export procedures and regulations,
  • No travel restrictions.
