 Qualifications

  • Have a university degree with a minimum duration of two years,
  • Possesses a strong command of both written and spoken English, 
  • Have experience working in a travel agency, demonstrating a familiarity with the industry's nuances and processes,
  • Having experience in the aviation sector is preferred, showcasing a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics within the aviation industry,
  • Demonstrates good computer skills, including a proficient knowledge of MS Office tools, highlighting the ability to leverage technology for efficient work processes,
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential,
  • Displays a result-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative work environment,
  • Exhibits discipline, organization, and a well-structured approach to tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the work,
  • Possesses the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems, showcasing a proactive and solution-driven approach to challenges that may arise,
  • Demonstrates the capability to work efficiently under time pressure, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks even in demanding situations.

 Job Description

  • Initiating and overseeing the process of reserving accommodations for crew members,
  • Regularly monitor and incorporate daily updates, ensuring accuracy in the crew scheduling software,
  • Facilitating the booking of tickets for the crew and actively tracking and accommodating any daily changes that may arise,
  • Keeping the crew scheduling software up-to-date with the latest information on ticket bookings,
  • Taking charge of arranging transportation for the crew and consistently updating the crew scheduling software to reflect the latest transportation details,
  • Performing detailed invoice controls related to crew-related expenditures, including ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements,
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols,
  • Timely response and resolution of case reports pertaining to crew matters, including issues related to hotels, tickets, and transportation,
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve reported concerns effectively,
  • Compilation and analysis of data to generate comprehensive statistical reports,
  • Providing insights and trends based on the gathered data to support informed decision-making within the business,
  • Resident or willing to relocate to Antalya.
