Qualifications:

• Have a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, ISystems Engineering, or similar departments
• Recent graduate or with up to 2 years of experience
• Preferably experienced in the aviation sector,
• Proficient in using tools such as Atlassian Jira-Confluence, Lucidchart, Visual Paradigm, Draw.io effectively,
• Proficient in notations such as BPMN, UML,
• Knowledgeable about Lean methodology,
• Available for domestic and international travel,
• Capable of documenting and writing work processes, requirements, and solutions, with a habit of written work,
• Analytical, problem-solving skills, result and solution-oriented, suitable for teamwork,
• Strong communication and coordination skills,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Able to adapt to hybrid working models.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with business units and IT project teams to meet business demands and requirements, participating in project management stages,
• Conducting business analysis studies, conducting studies such as workflows, value streams with project teams,
• Keeping up with technological developments to renew oneself and work methods regarding new business applications, software development tools, and methods,
• Designing business processes, functional, and technical analysis in line with business unit demands,
• Preparing and updating project analyses and necessary workflows, describing the analyses prepared to IT project teams,
• Prioritizing, detailing, and communicating business tasks coming from business units to IT project teams.
