QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Sciences, Social Sciences or similar,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources field and 5 years in a similar position,
  • Capability to improve HR systems,
  • Advanced command in English,
  • Planning, business follow-up, analytical thinking, result-oriented working skills,
  • Experience in selection and placement, evaluation centers, employee development, performance and wage management, career planning, payroll and personnel affairs, organizational design and development,
  • Knowledge in the quality management systems field,
  • Experience in team management.

Job Description:

  • Being responsible for the holding company’s strategic human resources planning,
  • Building the performance management system that will enable the company to achieve the targets and improve the employees’ competences; and ensuring the system’s effective functioning,
  • Managing the preparation of education plans in accordance with the company’s strategies and employee career planning; submitting the plans for the management’s approval,
  • Managing the execution of approved education plans,
  • Managing the formation of the Company’s permanent staff in consensus with departments, submitting to management for approval, and coordinating Human Resources activities in accordance with approved permanent staff plans,
  • Managing the formation of human resources culture and policies in accordance with the Company’s targets,
  • Managing the execution of procedures, orders and workflow processes throughout the holding company in line with the quality management system requirements,
  • Undertaking the management of reward processes,
  • Coordinating all the wage, fringe benefits and personnel affairs activities of the Company’s personnel,
  • Managing the execution of procedures related to public enterprises,
  • Organizing and monitoring the activities of human resources and administrative affairs teams.

Preferred Candidate

More than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
