QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor's degree in technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study), Preferably Masters in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering;

·       3+ years’ experience  within the telecommunications or IT industry;

·       Strong capability to drive for results;

·       Theoretical and practical (testing, troubleshooting) knowledge of DWDM/OTN products;

·       Basic knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols;

·       Ability to learn effectively and quickly;

·       Customer orientation;

·       Good verbal and written communication skills;

·       Team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently;

·       A flexible, positive and creative attitude to change;

·       Stress tolerance;

·       Fluent in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       In charge of DWDM/OTN product Site survey/Hardware installation/Equipment debugging/system commissioning;

·       In charge of DWDM/OTN network expansion/Service migration/Equipment and NMS software upgrading;

·       In charge of DWDM/OTN product technical support/customer communication/sub-contractor and customer training;

·       In charge of DWDM/OTN network routine maintenance/fault handling;

·       Participation in bidding for new DWDM/OTN projects;

·       Participation in DWDM/OTN access certification test.
