Investor Relations Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a “Assistant Specialist ” to join Zorlu Holding Investor Relations Department, which is responsible for the investor relations activities of the Group’s 3 listed companies. The junior specialist will be mainly responsible for database management, data analysis, public disclosures and maintenance of the investor relations websites in addition to providing support to the IR team in investor relations activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
• Preferably having an MBA degree
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance or strategy
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
• Preferably having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses
• Advanced level of presentation and reporting skills
• Good at analytical thinking, research and problem solving and being result oriented
• Multitasking ability in a high stress environment, efficient and adept at meeting deadlines
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
• Coordination capabilities with different departments and fields, comfortable working with professionals at all levels of seniority
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity and self-motivation
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
