Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a "Business Develoment Specialist" for our Smart Systems Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or some other relevant field  (Masters Degree is a plus),
• 3-5 years of experience in business development,
  
• A detail orientation: prone to deal with legal agreements, financial and tax calculations, etc.
  
• Self-directed, proven ability to drive projects to successful outcomes independently,
• Interested in New Technologies and E- Mobility,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Programs & Strong analytical skills,
  
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, a second language is a plus,
  
• No travel restriction,
  
• Work ethics, dynamism and ability to cope with multiple tasks and stressful situations.
  

Job Description:

• Through desk research, interviews, and other tools, map the landscape of eMobility Providers, Charge Point Operators and Energy Sector in countries into which ZES intends to expand,
  
• Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback,
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market,
  
• Create and develop financial models,
  
• Contact potential partners and build the case for and negotiate the terms of a partnership with ZES,
  
• Work closely with ZES product team to prioritise projects,
  
• With support from Zorlu Energy Group’s legal and finance teams, negotiate contracts with new partners,
  
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and ability to interact any level,
  
• Interaction with all key international resource functions to manage all projects through from end to end and ensure projects/launches are delivered along agreed timelines.
