Job Description

The Financial Analyst will work with the CFO and Head of Sales Operations to support sales planning & analysis. In this newly created role, the team will look to the Business Analyst to help assessment of the strategies to boost revenue and develop promotional campaigns, to support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and communications. As the Financial Analyst, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization. Ideal candidates will have financial analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Must Haves

• University degree in Economy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields,

• Ability to perform Qlik Sense functions is a plus,

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

• Excellent knowledge on MS Office applications, (in Excel having excellent knowledge of formulas, charts and pivot tables)

• Excellent skills with attention to detail and accuracy,

• Performing and managing workload to ensure deadlines are met in accordance with the corporate timetable,

• Take initiative and apply resourceful and proactive responses to problem solving,

• Professionally engage, build and maintain constructive relationships with colleagues to ensure effective management and teamwork at all levels,

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and generate the target/actual reports, track and analyze key metrics, and roll up numbers to Management,

• Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data,

• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports,

• Compile key pieces of information related to performance against company objectives to be reviewed by Management and report approved plans to Finance for processing,

• Reporting and analysis for the Sales, Marketing and Customer Services departments, including: executive reporting of sales, marketing, call center results, KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, sales premium calculations and ad hoc strategic analysis,

• Implement and manage reports and dashboards in Qlik Sense ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
