Process Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague in the Engineering Department at our Plant location in Izmir

Essential Skills and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

·         At least two years experience in production / process development

·         Good written and verbal communication skills and English language competency

·         Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly technologies

·         Basic knowledge of industrial automation technologies

·         Analytical and open minded, creative, team player, good communication skills

·         Proficient computer skills and strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge

·         Completed military service for male candidates,

Preferred Skills and Experience:

·         Experience with quality management systems and knowledge of IATF 16949

·         Additional education and/or formal training in Six Sigma or lean principle

Position Responsibilities:

·         Generate process flow, routings, tool estimates and capital estimates for new product estimates

·         Identify profit and machine utilization opportunities

·         Support for start of production and rump up of new lines and new products

·         Development and implementation of process improvements to achive challenging quality, cost and funcionality targets

·         Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics
