QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Support team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Reality powered projects are on the ground-breaking side of the real-time virtual studio production and our support engineers are at the heart of this accomplishment. They take pride in their world-class training, implementation and installation services.
- Responsible to Provide Pre-Sales Support; Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally & demonstrate technical features of products
- Responsible from process of scoping, delivery & deployment of the POC & pilot projects
- Attending meetings with potential clients as a technical expert & identify customers’ technical and business requirements & ensure all necessary information is collated prior to producing a technical solution
- Prior to designing a solution, consulting clients about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, and partners on proposal activities.
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and follow agreed timeframes
- Responsible to Provide Post-Sales Support;
- Responsible from Installation &Training of Reality Virtual Studio systems on Customer’s site
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, support portal and remote connection.
- Work with customers to identify problems and advise on the solution
- Generate cases with accurate and complete field information
- Manage feature requests ensuring proper expectation setting
- Respond to case update inquiries
- Update the Knowledge Base with solutions as appropriate
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Document all technical inquiries and customer-reported problems in the customer tracking database including the nature of the inquiry, and the resolution recommended
- Update self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic or mechanics Engineering is required
- Minimum three years work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Experience with real-time graphics software is a plus
- Direct experience in the broadcast industry preferred
- Located in Izmir.
- Understanding the basics of how the world of geometry in 3D space works
- Must be able to overseas travel up to 50-80% of the time.
- Must be flexible on working times.
- Passionate and eager to learn video, gaming, broadcast-related technologies
