We provide a mobile app for real estate agents anywhere in the world that helps them to easily track their clients, manage their activities, match their buyers with properties and do their online marketing effortlessly. We believe that finding the right team member is a lot like dating, which means we’re less concerned about what your resume looks like, than how our conversation goes. While qualifications matter (see below), here are some of the things about your personality that we care about:

-Preferably mother tongue as spanish, portuguese, german, french or english or excellent command in one of these languages

-You are scrappy and resourceful. You are able to work independently and think critically. No problem is too difficult for you to solve. When someone presents you with a challenge, you leap on the opportunity to diagnose the issue and find a solution. You thrive on curiosity and can take seemingly disparate pieces of information and find the missing link, like a detective decoding messages.

-You have top-notch communication skills via phone, email, video conferencing and comfort with technology, especially online tools (Zoom, Zendesk, etc.) and computer software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

-You don’t mind doing everything. And anything. Building a startup looks glamorous. Until it doesn’t. We need someone who doesn’t think twice about rolling up her/his sleeves and getting messy.

-You truly, deeply understand the importance of the customer to an organization. You will become deeply invested in the success of our customers’ programs, and help us become famous for the high caliber of customer service we provide.

-You are a naturally gifted helper. You listen carefully and without judgment, respond with warmth and understanding, and go above and beyond to ensure that people feel comfortable. You relish any opportunity to provide clarity and relieve stress.



POSITION SUMMARY:

Customer success is a fundamental priority for Yuvako. We want to make sure our customers (real estate agents and brokers) feel great about their decision to invest in our platform, recommend us and renew.

-Be regularly available (via phone and email) to customers to help them with requests and advise them on best practices

-Onboard new customers and setting them up for success

-Identify new ways to improve our offering and refine our customer service approach

-Responding to member inquiries, solving a variety of problems, and generally providing top-notch support

-Educating members about key elements of our software

-Listening to our members and understanding what they need and want

-Creating webinars and other training materials designed to improve member experience

-Collaborating with the Technology and Management Teams to ensure that members have the support they need

-Working closely with the Marketing Team to build a customer community of advocates

-Follow-up monthly payments if necessary

This is where the role begins. Since we are a new and fast-growing startup, it can go wherever you want to take it. We value your ideas and initiative.

This is a full-time role, but hours can be flexible. Work in our co-working space, with the option to work remotely at times.

On top of salary, success is rewarded with high commission.
