Position Summary:

Yuvako is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our higher education accounts. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring that your customers are engaged and enjoying the full value of our SaaS platform. Our Customer Success team is proactive, intuitive, and the trusted advisor for our product.

This role will support a broad range of customers at different stages in their lifecycle. You will be the voice of the customer for your book of business and work closely with our Sales team to communicate upsell and expansion opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to influence and shape Customer Success as we scale our team.

We take Customer Success very seriously at Yuvako. Everyone, from the engineers to the Marketing team, relies on the Customer Success team to channel the user: to know them, love them, and be their voice. People engage with our product on stage, when they're at their most vulnerable. We want to make sure that experience is always a positive one.



COMPETITIVE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

-Preferably mother tongue as spanish, portuguese, german, french and excellent command of english

-You are confident. Since you’re an early employee you will need to be a leader, by definition. We want you to believe and aspire to shaping what our company does.

- You can anticipate the needs of customers and proactively suggest solutions

- You're ready to discuss the systems and processes you use or have used to stay on top of your work

-You can keep up with the day-to-day work of maintaining and building upon relationships

-You are consultative and can get a complete understanding of your customers business goals and objectives

-You know your book of business well and can reference several use cases and share customer stories



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer success is a fundamental priority for Yuvako. We want to make sure our customers (real estate agents and brokers) feel great about their decision to invest in our platform, recommend us and renew.

-Be regularly available (via phone and email) to customers to help them with requests as a backup for customer success specialists

-Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly renewal revenue targets, striving for a high percentage of on-time renewal and revenue retention within a high-volume book of business.

-Drive customer awareness, engagement, and adoption of Rapid7 portfolio, product features and services to maximize the adoption and realized value of their purchased solutions.

-Develop and maintain relationships with yours customers; ensuring that Rapid7 solutions support the ongoing needs and security objectives for each customer.

-Engage in consistent, proactive client and partner meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth.

-Recognize expansion opportunities and effectively qualify them for Sales counterparts to bring to closure.

-Effectively manage high volume of inbound customer requests, align them with internal resources and anticipate their business needs.

-Collaborate and partner with sales, marketing, support, product and engineering teams to drive customer success outcomes

-Serve as the primary contact post-sale, beginning at onboarding and taking full ownership through the entire customer lifecycle
