We are looking for you ! to be the passionate and dynamic team player of Yöntem Kozmetik Trade Marketing Team.


Yöntem Kozmetik A.Ş., engaged in operations since 1998, acts as the distributor of perfumery channel of P&G, Reckitt Benckiser and Bayer, Turkey Full Service distributor of Coty, 3M and E-commerce distributor of P&G, RB and Numil.


Acting as a modern and reliable solution partner, it maintains its operations by establishing its sales and distribution network of cosmetics, fragrance and fast moving consumer goods with proven recognition and reliability according to life touching international standards on sustainable strategies with its proactive innovative and experienced teams.
 
We are looking for “Trade Marketing Specialist” for our expanding organization.

  • Bachelor or master degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economy
  • Min 4 years sales experience in national accounts and distributor operations in FMCG or Cosmetics Sectors; minimum 1 year Trade Marketing experience is prefered
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Self-confident, strong analytical and interpersonal skills and leadership skills
  • No travel restrictions
  • No military obligation for male candidate

Job Description:

  • Analyze the opportunities and threats in the sales / distribution channels of the product group to which it is responsible, to develop short and long term marketing strategies
  • Be responsible to find and develop new sales / distribution opportunities
  • Guide the marketing activities according to sales expectations & needs in collaboration with sales teams
  • Make field visits at regular intervals, identify opportunities and threats, create action plans together with the sales team
  • Organise needed cost and price studies in order to increase competitiveness and market share
  • Prepare launch plans for new products
  • Be agile to produce every sales report adhoc
