For our growing team, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member to take an active role as a 'HSEQ Senior Manager’to be based in YILPORT Holding Maslak Office.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering departments or any other related field,
• Minimum 10 years of experience across HSE and Quality applications,
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience especially leading teams in different locations,
• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in port operations,
• A-Class Occupational Safety certificate is preferred,
• Sound working knowledge in legislation, standards, regulations, etc., on safety and environmental responsibility across the country,
• Fluency in English is required,
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred,
• Experience in working with a diverse workforce at all levels (including white/blue collar employees and international employees),
• Key skills and abilities include leadership, customer orientation, coaching, influencing, facilitation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving,
• Proven ability to make rational judgements and decisions, particularly in situations of high ambiguity,
• Proven track record of leadership with demonstrated ability to develop talent,
• Proven ability to work independently, manage deadlines and multiple priorities; work under pressure and handle confidential information appropriately,
• Position requires travel to multiple terminals in all regions,

İŞ TANIMI

Being the HSEQ leader for YILPORT Holding, HSEQ Senior Manager will report to Global Operations Director and will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive standards and strategies and to build technical competencies that deliver a safe and healthy workplace. S/he will define and develop HSEQ policies and provide guidance, set objectives within overall company guidelines and perform independent monitoring of HSEQ performance and achieve key results such as overall success of HSEQprograms/systems and achievement of HSEQ performance improvement targets.

S/he will work closely with General Managers, Terminal Teams and HSE and Quality Management Systems teams to align, deploy and sustain value-added preventative safety measures.

• Develop and implement technical plans to assure HSEQ compliance with national regulations, international standards, and YILPORT Holding global standards.
• Develop and sustain the Quality Managemeny System in line with the required industry standards,
• Audit and monitor of general HSEQ compliance and performance in terminals and regions
• Collaborate with HSE and Quality Management Systems representatives in terminals and regions for troubleshooting, adapting and deploying safety strategies/tactics.
• Promote a positive culture around safety and ensures that helath, safety, environment and quality, also ensures processes are innovative and creative.
• Conduct benchmarks regarding HSEQ policies and practices to ensure they meet current trends and to instill a world-class culture by following up new HSEQ engineering techniques, procedures, instruments and equipment through seminars, educational institutions, professional organizations, regulatory agencies and collaborative partnerships.
