QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a “Long Term Human Resources Intern”in our Head Office located in İstanbul, Maslak with the following qualifications:

  • 4th year or Master degree students preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Industrial Engineering etc
  • Flexible to work minimum 3 full days a week
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must (Spanish, Portuguese as a second language is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Having a career objective in Human Resources area
  • Good team player, willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Assisting Human Resources functions such as Recruitment, Performance Management, SAP Projects, Training & Development Activities and Internal Communication
  • Screening candidates from various platforms,
  • Scheduling interviews, updating calendars, contacting candidates and other administrative tasks,
  • Updating lists, preparing reports,
  • Providing operational support to all HR processes.
