QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Ability to synthetize complex or ambiguous issues into simple and clear statements.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in robotics, software and tech industry in sales and business engagement roles.
- Excellent technical and project oversight skills
- Strong track record of negotiating and closing the significant deals
- Able to understand key business drivers and to have the vision to identify long and short term market penetration opportunities
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain long term client relationships
- Must have strong presentation skills
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written). Passionate about and strives for clarity.
- Demonstrated leadership of working with and motivating direct and virtual teams to achieve challenging results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Must speak fluent English

· Responsible for the development and implementation of the YEO Digital and Robotics business
· Help to drive business growth and expansion in Turkey in discrete- and process-manufacturing, automotive, transportation and the other target segments.
· Develop and execute a digital and robotics business plan to meet or exceed the targets
· Have an existing customer relationship and network in the industry and across industries at Executive Level and leverages those relationships.
· Develop new accounts and markets in Turkey and push new solutions and technologies based on the requirements.
· Lead and Drive the development of capable, lean and efficient team – both in sales and application
· Build and embed the necessary capabilities and resources to deliver digital solutions and robotics solutions.
· Leads effective relationship with partner companies and business partners, and develops large opportunities together with them
· Maintain knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partners.
· Close cooperation and collaboration with YEO Group companies and the functions in the group companies.
