QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking forIT Project Executive–FI/CO. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Being solution owner for S4HANA Retail and Production project in terms of Financial processes.

  • Responsible for development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to finance management, profitability, costing, e-invoce, e-archive, e-waybill and any e-platforms.

  • Managing the installation and maintenance of ERP Systems relating Financial Systems.

  • Required to establish system controls for Financial Systems and develop procedures to improve systems.

  • Responsible for the implementation of ERP systems and managing Finance related subjects within the projects.

  • Leading the system analysts and as a team they are going to manage all activities in supporting business users in Finance processes and needs to establish a governance structure in his/her field to help business users for their daily operations.

  • Requires a visionary leader with knowledge of Finance management and a working knowledge of ERP Systems. The role will proactively work with business units to implement ERP functions that meet business requirements.

  • Serves as the process owner of all Finance Management Systems. Requires ability to serve as a change agent, solve problems and drive efforts to improve the performance of Financial processes and the systems.

  • Working with Finance Business Users and consultants to establish ERP Environment and maintain systems to ensure that all business activities are meet with in the system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of direct experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of Financial solutions, strong insight in Financial processes. FMCG experience is also important.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is value.

  • Four-year university degree in a technology-related field

  • Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools.

  • ERP Implementation experience especially SAP / S4HANA.

  • Retail and Production experience is an asset.

  • Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures.

  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

  • Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy, Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.

  • High degree of knowledge about Finance and ERP systems.

  • Strong English language skills (written/oral)
