Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for IT Project Executive- CRM. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below: 

        JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Understand scope of work committed to the business units and engage with business units and third-party vendors / technical teams on overall approach and delivery timelines
• Manage project scope, identify and mitigate scope creep, and maintain project roadmap
• Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, and Production support for CRM systems
• Participates in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, communication, risk & change management
• Document and communicate functional requirements
• Manage User Acceptance Testing and lead internal testing to validate that solutions are delivering on business units needs and expectations.
• Provide daily support and administrative tasks for CRM systems

      QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum 2 years of related experience
• (experience with cloud based / SaaS solution offerings and previous experience implementing large packaged CRM applications, preferably Salesforce.com and proven experience with CRM design).
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to translate business objectives to technical requirements
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple business unit working groups
• Ability to understand existing processes, recommend improvements, align solutions with systems capabilities
• Comfortable in customer facing roles
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Self-disciplined team worker with an excellent communication skill
• Strong business analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible owner, careful and excellent attention to detail
