Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for a Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist who will work in Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları A.Ş.  A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below. 

 Job Description:

• Preparing Month end reporting financial statements by coordinating related departments and follow up timely delivery in order to meet reporting deadlines
• Support month-end and year-end closing process and coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Consolidate QBR report preparation (Quarterly report)
• Actively taking part in budget and strategic planning processes
• Business Controlling – to support business units in the decision making process
• Responsible for the preparation of the internal reports for different purposes including analysis
• Preparing regular and ad hoc operational and financial analysis
• Reporting and Following Strategic KPI’S 
• Feasibility analysis for new stores and follow up of the new stores
• Designing channel and sales teams incentive systems and calculating them periodically
• Participating / leading different projects for accuracy, reliability and automation of the reporting

General Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, MIS or related sciences      
• Fluency in English is a MUST
• 2+ years of experience in reporting.
• Computer literate with excellent Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles 
• ERP transformation experience is an asset
• IFRS knowledge is an asset
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
