Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for Corporate Strategy Specialist / Executive. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Job Description :

• Lead development of strategy projects and manage seamless flow of the designated strategy plan for relevant SBUs.
• Partner closely with Yıldız Holding’s commercial and operational units to ensure best in class execution of strategy projects
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to drive efficient process, leveraging from best practices
• Support Yıldız Holding Senior Management (mainly CEO) on making key strategic decisions and implementation.
• Contribute to identification, development and implementation of SBU-level strategies relating to development of new ideas, products, technologies, services, follow-on products, and/or industries
• Lead identification of new markets, business opportunities, and determine the feasibility and strategic rationale of such expansion efforts of Yıldız Holding.
• Perform economic and financial analysis on existing companies and industries to feed portfolio assessment and routine performance review cycles.
• Work as a consultant to executive teams, SBU heads, functional leaders within Yıldız Holding companies on corporate strategy direction, as well as connecting with external stakeholders, external consultants, and solution partners.
• Provide strategic advice to senior business leaders on important strategic issues based on fact-based analysis.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Management or Economics with strong finance background
• At least 4-6 years of working experience, preferably at least 5 years in strategy, business development and/or M&A advisory
• Experience in strategy and business development projects within diverse conglomerates in varying industries with the ability to plan, design, and manage all qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand the customer and the market.
• Problem solving abilities, especially complex, ambiguous problems requiring the integrated application of multiple skills including finance, marketing, strategy, and operations
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (both in written and oral)
