  • Graduated from a reputable university where the curriculum is also in English ,
  • Written and oral fluency in English (second language is an advantage),
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role supporting C-Level Executives and General Managers,
  • Residency in European side is preferred,
  • Efficient use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook,
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail,
  • Very strong interpersonal skills (emotional maturity) and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including executives, board members, external partners, and government authorities,
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability,
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response,
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment,

The Executive Assistant will report directly to the COO of YILDIRIM GROUP.  The position will be based in Maslak.
  • Coordinate a broad variety of administrative tasks for the COO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas in a timely manner,
  • Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the COO's time and office,
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the COO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature,
  • Work closely and effectively with the COO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately,
  • Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the COO updated,
  • Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manage a variety of special projects for the COO, some of which may have organizational impact,
  • Monitor structure and schedule of Group Companies and coordinate meeting preparation and attendance with related parties,
  • Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach that facilitate the COO's ability to effectively lead the company,
  • Ensure compliance with COO's organizational, financial and operationally focused administrative programs including use of MS application and file storage across all companies per COO directive and highlighting areas of concern to COO,
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion with deadline pressures,
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all parties and executives.
