We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partnerfor YILDIRIM Holding to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration or Social Sciences
  • At least 2 years of work experience in recruitment processes
  • Excellent written and oral English and Turkish language skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, able to complete tasks by deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of HR processes and deliver all HR programs, including onboarding, performance management, talent management, organizational design, learning and development
  • Manage and develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Consult with business leaders to provide innovative and efficient solutions to hiring needs
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience during the hiring process and a strong employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Take the responsibility for end-to-end talent management activities
  • Execute employee performance management activities
  • Manage employee exit processes and enhance their experience
  • Take active responsibility in related HR organizational development projects
  • Be the point of contact for employee queries and direct them to the right channel as needed
  • Provide creative ideas to engage employees and support stronger internal communication across the organization
  • Comply with all required policies & local employment laws

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
