QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our growing team, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to be based in YILDIRIM TOWER, Maslak.


  • University graduate with Industrial Engineering or Business Administration degree
  • Excellent stakeholder management with legal authorities,
  • At least 7 years of experience in payroll processing and C&B administration,
  • Very good knowledge of labor law. Union relations knowledge is preferable,
  • Experience in HAY grading and salary structure methodologies,
  • Experience in budgeting,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications (especially in Excel) and capable of using HR Information Systems. Solid knowledge of SAP is an asset,
  • Experience in expatriate administration and global mobility programs are a plus,
  • Excellent problem solving, attention to details and analytical skills,
  • Strong communication and leadership skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • No restriction to travel.



Responsibilities:


  • "Compensation & Benefits Manager" role will be responsible in developing and sustaining YILDIRIM Holding’s salary and C&B administration processes to be applicable in both domestic and international companies.
  • Carry out an effective compensation & benefits administration service in line with Yıldırım Holding policies, procedures and statutory requirements,
  • Ensure that employee records and HR-related reports (such as overtime and absenteeism) are up to date and reported periodically,
  • In coordination with HR Director, drive and lead annual salary increase and bonus guideline process with Department Heads,
  • Manage salary structure updating process with grading principle and make sure that the competencies of each role truly fits into the related grade,
  • Propose, design, and drive corporate benefits programs, policies, and procedures,
  • Monitor Payroll process and make sure that the salaries are correctly paid on the due dates,
  • Participate salary surveys and regularly benchmark salary and benefits market level in domestic and international arena,
  • Manage expatriate employment contracts, salary, benefits and relocation process.
  • In coordination with HR managers located at each local and international company, make sure that necessary guidance is provided when required.
