Job Description

• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external partner debriefs.
• Research and build relationships with local government heads and with ministries of investment and development of CIS countries.
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from Mining Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations,
  
• Minimum 5 years of mining and metallurgy experience with at least 3 years of business development experience in similar position
  
• Written and verbal fluency in English, Russian and Turkish is a must, Kazakh is preferable,
