For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Change Management Specialist’ to be based inYILDIRIM Information Technologieswhich is a subsidiary of YILDIRIM Group of Companies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, MIS, Statistics or related fields,
  
• Having active actual IT experience at least 5 years,
  
• Experienced in ITIL processes, with a Foundation Certificate,
  
• Written and oral fluency in English,
  
• Outstanding problem solving, analytical thinking,
  
• communication and coordination skills,
  
• Be able to think commercial (for BIA)
  
• To run projects in IT service management tools of different manufacturers (ITSM), preferably ServiceNow, ServiceDiscovery.
  

Job and Responsibilities :

• To meet the organization demands about Information Technologies,
  
• To understand and analyze these demands and address them to related people for starting change process,
  
• To coordinate the implementation and monitor change process,
  
• To generate reports and analyzes about change management process,
  
• Develop and improve the change management process,
  
• Integrating the change management process with other IT processes,
  
• Organize the regular meetings with Change Consultation Council in the company.
