QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Call Center Specialist(IT)’ to be based in YILDIRIM Information Technologies which is a subsidiary of YILDIRIM Group of Companies.
What are we looking for in Call Center Specialist(IT)?
· University degree from a reputable university,
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Call Center environment,
· Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System(s) preferred,
· Written and oral fluency both English and Turkish,
· Professional knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Applications,
· Good communication and interpersonal skills,
· Ability to distinguish between client and system problems.
· Monitor ServiceNow ticketing system and answer the phone calls about incoming tickets,
· Assign the tickets and requests to the related IT team,
· Translation of tickets in English to Turkish.
