Qualifications

• We look forward to meeting you if you hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Project Proposal field,
• Experienced in infrastructure projects,
  
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office,
• Good command of English,
• Result-orientated with strong analytical thinking
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and solution-oriented
• Ablility to manage stress and time with high organizational skills,
• Exhibits initiative-taking and possesses strong analytical thinking skills,
• Being patient and diplomatic, to effectively navigate various challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

• Costing materials and labor for all Industrial projects, creating cost analyses by comparing with similar previous projects,
• Preparing technical tender documents and sharing them with the relevant manager,
• Creating cost analyses for projects,
• Preparing project drawings,
• Reviewing tasks from business developers, providing project-related information and reports,
• Sharing relevant reports with the management,
• Monitoring daily emails,
• Researching innovations related to the field,
• Completing the assigned tasks on time and in a manner that ensures labor, time, and material savings,
• Adhering to all occupational health and safety instructions implemented in the business,
• Operating within the scope of quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety systems.
