QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yemeksepeti is looking for a Jr. Business Development Analyst to be part of Business Development Team of Sales Department,

  • 1+ years of professional experience in Business Analytics, Retail or Sales Operations areas,
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields.
  • MBA is a plus,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Data-driven approach: Able to drive analysis based on facts and performance data to deliver improvements,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision,
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. Microsoft Visio is a plus,
  • Detail oriented,
  • Excellent analytical skills.

The candidate's responsibilities will be to:


  • Provide analytics that will drive improvement opportunities,
  • Closely and regularly identify, monitor, follow-up and resolve tasks and pain points for Stakeholders,
  • Respond to ad-hoc report and Business Development requests,
  • Participate in monthly calls with Global Headquarters,
  • Assist with Business Development team to implement new projects,
  • Work closely with Stakeholders, System Analysts and Product Owners in organization,
  • Ability to establish approaches to increase productivity,
  • Maintain and update weekly and monthly NPS reporting,
  • Track and update monthly Sales KPIs,
  • Act as a go-between Sales and IT departments ensuring smooth communication,
  • Create process documentation/workflows for projects and process improvement/automation,
  • Analyse and ensure the output of process are achieving the desired results,
  • Participate in user acceptance and workflow testing of completed tasks before deployment.
