QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduate of a reputable university from Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration departments, 

  • Proven acumen and track record in email marketing for at least 2 years, having managed medium to large scale email marketing operations in e-commerce, banking, travel or related fields,

  • Passionate about CRM and planning her/his career in this area,

  • Basic to moderate HTML/CSS knowledge is a must, 

  • Excellent command of MS Office applications,

  • Good knowledge of SQL is a plus,

  • Data visualization / BI tools such as Tableau (or a similar tool) knowledge is preferable,

  • Behavioral analytics tools knowledge such as Google Analytics / Adobe Omniture is preferable,

  • Detail oriented, self starter, being able to manage multiple activities precisely within aggressive deadlines, 

  • A good presenter and analyst, with the ability to persuade peers, seniors and stakeholders,

  • Have a good command of written and spoken English,

  • Strong understanding of online marketing and digital industries,

  • Military Service completed or postponed (for male candidates)



JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Here is a challenging position as a member of the growing CRM team in Yemeksepeti: 


  • Perform the day-to-day email campaign activities including campaign setup, audience selection, testing, tagging and deployment of recurring, life cycle, triggered, dedicated and other customer centric email campaigns,

  • Build marketing automations scenarios in tools such as Braze, Euromessage etc. for CRM communications,

  • Become a growth hacker of CRM activities and deliver impact in retention, frequency & activation

  • Work towards CRM Tech goals together with local product management and colleagues in Delivery Hero 

  • Report and analyze the performance of the CRM email campaigns on regular basis,

  • Maintain a current understanding and application of email best practices and derive plots for future,

  • Assist with email calendar planning and scheduling tasks as required,

  • Develop CRM strategies through innovative & technical solutions in Email, Push, Web Push, In-App Messaging upon assignments in respective fields
