We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. 

• Proven track record in payment systems, preferably in eCommerce, e-money or issuing services, 
• Experience in B2B business/ new product development is a plus, 
• Entrepreneurial mindset, interest in web and mobile technology and new business models, start-ups, 
• Good helicopter view (developing a vision) yet hands-on when required (delivering results and solving problems), 
• Comfortable with working in Agile methodology, 
• Self-starter, go-getter attitude, 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, 
• Capacity to motivate cross functional teams, 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, 
• Fluency in English,

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Track the performance of online payment products of Yemeksepeti.com for both B2C and B2B side; define, execute and update the product roadmap, define new requirements, prioritize the needs,
• Create user stories in order maximize the value of the product, conduct user acceptence and A/B tests for continuous improvement based on market and user feedback, 
• Focus on new user acquisition and retention by managing campaigns on B2C side in collaboration with Marketing team, 
• Execute and develop B2B expansion plan and sales strategy by identifying opportunities to acquire new clients, 
• Owning and controlling Profit & Loss (P&L) of online payment products and ensuring each product meet financial targets, 
• Analyze and interpret data and derive meaningful conclusions to provide insights on product features, track KPIs and The North Star Metric, 
• Coordinate all third parties and strategic business partners, inc. issuers, banks, 
• Interact effectively with other departments and build positive working relationships at all functional levels,
