Production Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Advanced knowledge in production planning and APQP
• Good self-organization and resilience
• Experience in manufacturing systems and equipments
• Good understanding of operational planning
• 2-3 years experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level is required)
• Advance knowledge of MS Office
• For male candidates, military service should be completed
• Willing to travel abroad

Job Description

Plant Investments

Plausibility check of the investment amounts, which are given by production plants. If necessary, an information exchange in detailed questions.

Labour Times

Plausibility check of the extra labour time, which are given by production plants. If necessary, an information exchange in detailed questions.

Capacity Planning

Determination of production capacity for wire harnesses. If necessary, an information exchange in detailed questions.

Processing and interpreting of Ford Sales figures with the contractually agreed production capacities according to procedure. If necessary, an information exchange in detailed questions

Plant Support

General support to PM and PL concerning the required plant costs, as well as preparation of data for BA. If necessary, an information exchange in detailed questions

Testing and Reworking

Checking and classifying the requirements of the production plants according to investment of testing devices or equipment, as well as evaluating of rework costs according to procedure. If necessary, an information exchange in detailed questions

General
