 - Contribute to YEL Business Plan targets according defined objectives in the respective Financial Year

- Support all processes, standards and specifications of logistics services in the area of  Transportation (Inbound / Outbound freight, Airfreights, etc ) and 3rd Party Logistics Services.
- Function as central approver for GPMS logistics domain for the to you assigned BU's
- Identify, evaluate & deploy Supply Chain Optimization Projects
- Deploy established logistics standards and know-how to relevant key internal logistics contacts in CSCs, BUs and affiliates
- Develop and implement strategies & actions to achieve the department and personal goals
- Condense and present complex information to key personnel in meaningful reports and presentations

- Business Unit support for new & existing projects, business transfers and customized logistics solutions
- Support BU's in preparing Supply Chain Costing and functional reviews
- Collection of project specific data and preparation for 3PL and Transport RFQ submission. Joint selection for 3PL logistics services and Transport Provider with Purchasing;
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with project logistics, purchasing, IT, production and project management
- Manage and coordinate all transport and 3PL supply chain improvement initiatives in close collaboration with key internal contacts
- Acts as main central logistics interface towards Supply Chain Purchasing team and all related common activities

- KPI management and regular performance monitoring of service providers
- Monitor the Management of Supplier non-conformances via YEL's GQRS-C System and Suppliers non-conformance Escalation procedures
- Supports regular executive performance reviews with assigned Key Suppliers together with purchasing
- Ensure negotiation and deployment of YEL Standard Operations Procedures and BCP
- Encourage and Challenge continuously  suppliers to submit supply chain optimization proposals to improve service level and to support overall cost reduction of products and services purchased (e.g. in- and outbound freight, warehousing services) and as a result improve YEL's competitiveness

- Prepare presentations & contribute to road map and Ops review meetings
- Present key projects to management
