- Advance level of Excel MS Office is required

Job description

- Creating all sales, return and debit invoices and post it automatically, to prevent manuel sales invoicing. Sales Invoice sequencing check. AR clearing when the customer payments are done weekly basis.

- Foreign Supplier reconcilation for Yazaki Turkey monthly basis.

- Domestic Supplier& BA BS reconcilation and B form preparation for Yazaki Turkey monthly basis. 

- Check billing documents error via VFX3 transaction and make documentation daily basis.Check & reconcile sales detail to ensure the correct posting and allocation of sales invoices. Evaluate incoterms for all issued invoices, use cut off accounts for posting if needed. Keep the deadlines, complete unissued invoices until the end of 1st working day of the month.

- To manage all suppliers efficiency and prevent undeclared debt notes and additional price difference.

- Identfying new customer's sales type for invoicing. Controlling to sales invoices whether belong correct profit center or not by using product engineering data. Being a part of team implementation e-invoice and e-delivery note on SAP.
