Job Description

• Maintain and develop Customer contacts, local and international
• Warranty Data, Return parts and Cost analysis. Discuss and follow-up with Customer Claim management, follow-up of the implementation of corrective measures as well the preparation of the respective documentation
• Analyse Customer specific Standards and Requirements and make sure they are translated into Instructions and Guidelines
• Preparation of Reports related to Business Unit Quality Status
• Close communication with other functional areas in the different locations -including manufacturing plants, Resident Quality Engineers located on-site at the Custome communicate company objectives, policy and organization
• Consulting suppliers and customers
• Consulting colleagues and staff members
• Quality Assurance for new development Projects
• Support QA Strategy Activities, set-up and monitor actions
• Coordinate Internal Quality Projects (for example IMDS, ISMS, …)
• Planning and supporting of internal/local System and Process audits as well as the monitoring of the resulting countermeasures 
• Initiate continious improvement activities
• Assure the qualification of new products according to APQP

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with  Engineering
• Fluent level of English is expected, German is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in usage of MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Willing to travel abroad
• Lean Manufacturing advanced knowledge
• Experience in Problem Solving Tools, FMEA, Control Plan, KAIZEN, BOS, 8D, APQP, JIS/JIT systems
• Strategic thinking (challenge the status quo by thinking out of the box)
• Having good knowledge and experience to set-up Quality Management System as well as to develop and implement a Quality and production strategy in accordance with the overall strategy of the company
• Competent with problem solving and analytical thinking skills
