Security Analyst

We are looking for Security Analyst who will be responsible for the Mudanya and Gemlik plant of our company, which has total of 462 production and sales centers in 44 countries in the world, employs approximately 250,000 people, has 24% market share in the world of automotive wiring harness  and 100% Japanese capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. (Preferably, criminology with specialization industrial security, attorney, business administration or administration engineer.)
• At least upper intermediate level of English
• Proficient user of the MS Office program,
• At least 2 years of experience in, security personnel management (min. 5 people direct report), Evaluation of guard companies, theft investigation, formats and work instructions for security operations, administration of procedures, security services supervision, gather and evaluate security relevant information from various sources, development and analysis of incident statistics.

Job Description  

• Support to the Regional Security Manager to manage the security operations
• Assist with guard force management as needed,
• Following local security related incidents and reporting them to the Regional Security Manager,
• Following the actions that must be taken by local management and reporting to the regional security manager about the latest situation,
• Mastering local security laws,
• Assist with guard force management as needed,
• Assist with executive protection and/or security forceAssist with risk assessments,
• Assist to the Regional Security Manager during the internal investigation process,
• Evaluation of guarding service provider performance in a monthly basis,
• Preparing weekly activity report,
• Support the loss prevention, business continuity, disaster recovery and public safety.
