Qualifications:

• BS / MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or other related technical discipline
• Experience in CRM departments banks and/or telecom companies. SME / Commercial segment experience is a big plus
• Knowledge in data mining & analysis as well as data management tools & querying languages such as R, SAS Enterprise Guide & SQL
• Ability to understand complex business processes or requirements and translate them into simple yet effective business practices
• Analytical thinking and problem solving ability
• Effective at communication skills and contribution to team work
• A good command of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint,
• A good command of written and spoken English,
• Completion of military service for male candidates (or postponed at least 2 years)

Job Decription:

• Designing and managing data-mining and customer segmentation strategies for SME client base with extensive analysis in order to extract value & generate actionable insight,
• Establish and implement database marketing initiatives to analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs andproviding recommendations /solutions,
• Responsible for analysis of key metrics on data quality and customer segment performance,
• Delivery of improved financial performance, per contact and per customer, monitor the results of portfolio management and customer experience management,
• To create action plans based on the results of the analysis and optimize process, campaigns, workflows to improve efficiency and increase output,
• Measuring & analyzing campaign effectiveness, provide statistical reports and advising & making modifications from conclusions and support decision making
