We are looking for a team member for the position of "Import Operation Responsible” who will take a key role in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from related departments of universities,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of import operations,
• Experienced in customs legislation and customs procedures,
• Preferably with TAREKS, CE certificate experience,
  
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking),
  
• Preferably to have experience in importing spare parts in the automotive industry,
  
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
  
• Skilled in analysis and reporting,
• Planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
• Able to use time management well, follow up and get results.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out all correspondence and follow-up regarding international loading, international shipping, and customs clearance,
• Obtaining and controlling the necessary documents for the import of the materials to be loaded,
• Taking out the insurance of the shipments subject to import,
• Carrying out tariff studies of the products to be imported with the customs consultant,
• Obtaining, tracking, and updating necessary permits and documents for import,
• Organizing the importation of the materials arriving at the customs and their shipment to the warehouse with the authorized customs consultant,
• Controlling the import files from customs and transferring them to the accounting department,
• Preparing the necessary reports on imports in a timely and complete manner.
