Summary of position

To manage the F&B operation as a successful profit center, ensuring that all functions are successfully executed in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring maximum guest and employee satisfaction consistent with Hotel Standards.

Competencies

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced operation
• Strong leadership skills
• High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
• Fluent in English 
• Excellent communications skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Outstanding guest service skills
