Summary of position

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Food & Beverage Office Coordinator, within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, assists in the operation of all aspects of F&B, responsible for guest service and to achieve and exceed guest expectation.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must be able to speak, read, write English in the work place
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written 
• At least 2 years of experience in related position
  
• Able to perform high-quality work even unsupervised
  
• Basic math and excellent computer skills
  
• Able to use Restaurant Point of Sales,
