Now, We are looking for a "Assistant In-Room Dining Manager" to join our amazing team!

Summary of position

To manage the Room Service as a successful profit centre, ensuring that all functions are successfully executed in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring maximum guest and employee satisfaction consistent with Sunset Group Standards, through planning, organizing, directing, training, and controlling the floor and room service operation and administration.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must be able to speak, read, write English in the work place.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Must possess a good knowledge of sales skills
• Possess advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within all hotel disciplines, including experiential knowledge for management of people and complex problems.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, service styles and trends.
• A detailed understanding of stock control practices, principles and processes.
