Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for an "Utilities Energy Engineer” for our global client in production industry, which is located in Çerkezköy/ Tekirdağ.

Skills

·       University Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Energy Engineering or equivalent,

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant Engineering experience,

·       Strong English knowledge both spoken and written (Report to global contacts.)

·       Good knowledge of instruments and methods for measuring power and heat consumption,

·       Implement procedures and management structure in achieving ISO 500001,

·       Successful track record of leading energy process improvement projects,

·       Knowledge of energy markets and national and international energy systems is a plus,

·       Experience working in an international environment.

Job Description

·       Lead energy audits of the site facilities with local site and national energy laws in mind to ensure the site adheres to all regulations.

·       Manage the successful delivery of energy savings on the energy budget by implementing the energy saving strategy/KPIs and continual review, auditing and reporting to leadership team.

·       Promote sustainability and energy initiatives by the identification and oversee of short and long-term projects and strategies that increase the sites energy efficiency, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and minimize unnecessary energy consumption.

·       Implement energy-related cost-saving measures through the individual preparing formal proposals for all new projects, including projected costs and energy savings.

·       Develop and track the site’s annual energy budget and identifying all opportunities to reduce risk to the business financially and presenting this information to management in order to make energy-related recommendations. Also analyzing and reporting of Local Industrial zone and Energy Ministries actions.

·       Manage the site utilities throughout the facility to deliver compliant systems capable of safe and continuous supplies to all points and users without interruption or impact.

·       Lead the consistent application of the site wide maintenance and calibration philosophy.

·       Drive an operational excellence and continuous improvement mind-set across the site within the Engineering team.
