We're looking for a ''Recruitment Consultant'' in our Sales & Marketing Division for our growing organization.

Our consultants provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse and involves.

The ideal candidate should be ready to respond for the following skills and experiences:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or sales / business development role gained in an international environment,

- Commercial oriented, strong networking and client development abilities,

- The experience of working to targets / KPI's,

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization,

- Strong planning and result oriented,

- Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment,

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work to deadlines,

- Belives in team spirit; dynamic, smart and positive attitude,

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication in English,

- Must have a valid driving licence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes,

-Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies,

-Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment,

-Formulating and managing international recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities,

-Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work, using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy, receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews & tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
