QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

WYG Turkey is looking for a Recruitment Analyst to be located in Ankara Head Office. The necessary qualifications are as follows:
  • Relevant university degree from a reputable university,
  • Relevant work experience, preferably at least 1 year of experience  in tender/business development and HR/recruitment management for EU and/or other international donor-funded Technical Assistance Projects,
  • Work experience and profound knowledge on EU or other donor-funded projects is an asset,
  • Knowledge of PCM, PRAG Rules and Project Management will be considered as an asset,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Full computer literacy (knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word),
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Ability to work under stress and within flexible hours and tight deadlines,
  • Detail-oriented applicants will have a definitive advantage,
  • No military service obligation for male applicants.



İŞ TANIMI

  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates, using internal, external tools and databases to match the right expert to the tender’s requirements,
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example websites, databases, etc.
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract experts and build relationships with experts
  • Receiving and reviewing applications,
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of the shortlisted experts before finalising the recruitment process,
  • Briefing the experts about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question,
  • Preparing cvs and supporting documents, creating a shortlist of candidates and finalising the required tender documents for the selected person,
  • Informing candidates about the results of recruitment and tender processes,
  • Negotiating pay and fee rates and finalising arrangements.
