BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

WYG Türkiye is looking for a Business Development Specialist to be located in Ankara Head Office. The necessary qualifications are as follows:

University degree in preferably engineering, science, urban and regional planning, or political, social or administrative sciences (e.g. management, economics, international relations, public administration) from a reputable university.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in business development processes preferably including Expression of Interest and Tender preparation for EU and/or other international donor-funded Technical Assistance Projects.
• Experience in analysis of project fiches, procurement notices, elements of tender dossiers and Terms of References.
• Experience in identifying potential/strategic partners for target opportunities to join forces with in various sectors such as environment, energy, water/wastewater and transport.
• Experience in preparation of company administrative documents for application and tender processes of international donor-funded project opportunities.
• Knowledge of PCM, PRAG Rules and Project Management will be considered as a strong asset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Full computer literacy (good knowledge of MS Office).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work under stress and within flexible hours and tight deadlines.
• Being prone to team-working.
• Applicants having strong research and writing skills will be suitable for the subject position.
