Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a “Senior Recruitment Consultant” for our growing organization.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Human Resources, Social Sciences or other related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in recruitment consultancy
• Having experience in targets / KPI’s based working environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and under solid deadlines
• Strong planning and result oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experienced with using online recruitment portals
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Preferably located in İstanbul Asia

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all recruitment process for our client 
• Responsible for overall Project and Client management
• Taking active role in whole recruitment process 
• Periodical reporting of all tasks
• Selection of candidates and performing competency based interviews
