Wellspect Turkey is looking for a “Foreign Trade Specialist” its global client that operates in healthcare business

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Relations and Foreign Trade
• Excellent command of English both oral and written
• At least 3-5 years of experience at domestic and international logistics
• Knowledge on foreign trade documents, customs processes and imports-exports regulations and documentation
• ERP experience is an asset
• To have customer focused approach with advanced communication skills
• Being able to work in a team and to take initiative
• Advanced organizational skills and analytical perspective

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To maintain contact with customers and pursue the whole process from order to delivery
• To manage all customer’s order activities and shipments in line with company targets
• To arrange the flow of operations for transportation according to production plan
• To prepare necessary documents related to the customs procedures
• To prepare and publish reports periodically about foreign trade
• To contribute to the development of operational processes by working in coordination with the related business units
