vivo is a worldwide mobile phone company based in China. We provide extraordinary and amazing mobile phone products for consumers around the world.  Now we are entering Turkey and preparing to present our products to the Turkish people. 

Our team is hiring an Accounting Specialist for the new company in Maslak, Istanbul.

Job Description

• Post entries related to bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxes, payroll, etc;
• Ensure compliance with IFRS or TFRS;
• Supporting invoicing procedures and provide controls on all the invoices received and issued and make recording according to it;
• Supporting vendor/client account reconciliations and BA/BS reconciliations;
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance;
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns;
• Accounting of general administration costs;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in related fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, etc;
• More than 2 years of working experience in finance department inside the company, proficient in accounting procedures is a must; 
• Familiar with internal control and the Accounting Standard in Turkey;
• Having depth knowledge of Turkish Tax Law;
• CPA or relevant certificate is a plus but not necessary;
• Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not essential;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
• Mind with clear logic, rigorous, severe and strong teamwork and execution;
• Practical and careful, strong sense of responsibility and have the ability to release pressure properly.
