Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or similar related field
  • Advanced level of English both oral and written
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent management
  • Solid experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, internal talent management processes
  • Having positive approach and able to work with team
  • Having strong stakeholder and client management


Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval to offer acceptance across the designated region
  • Taking active role in talent management processes and assessments applications
  • Acting as the organization's expert on talent attraction, providing expert advice and support to the business.
  • Identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, from sourcing and referrals
  • Conducting young talent programs (Management Trainee & Internship)
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships (partners, consultants) as a trusted partner and valued advisor.
  • Improve hiring practices by using new methods or channels, and implement a highly data-driven approach to optimize the speed and efficiency of talent attraction
  • Build talent pipeline by identifying the best pools of talent, connecting with relevant communities, proactive reach outs and, or attending relevant events
  • Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is competitive within the market
  • Leading new projects and initiatives to improve the recruiting process.
